Germs are everywhere… even on those kid toys!

Are your children’s plastic toys collecting germs?

Have you ever tried to clean your kids' plastic toys, like Legos and Barbie accessories? It can be a complete nightmare for any parent trying to keep up with everyday life. They are challenging to clean because they are small, and there are plenty of them. Listed below is a parenting hack that will save you time and a few grey hairs. :) 

Items you will need for this hack:

• Undergarments washing bag

• Kids plastic toys

• Lysol Laundry Sanitizer

Instructions for the hack:

• Place all little plastic toys into undergarment washable bag (making sure not to overfill the bags, use multiple if needed)

• Place undergarment washable bags with toys inside into the washing machine.

• Add a capful of Lysol Laundry Sanitizer and half a cap full of OxiClean powder into the washer.

• Turn the washer on with cold water.

• Once the washer finishes, let the toys air dry.

I like to put a big beach towel on the washer and dryer (or any long flat surface) and place the plastic toys on top to air dry. 

**I like using Lysol Laundry Sanitizer in all my loads of clothes, towels, and toys to ensure all the little germy bugs are killed and washed down the drain.
